Great job as always. Love Geoff’s suggestion with ages. Would clarify better with Russian prospects, as I am sure many fans do not follow the KHL and other leagues as much as you and I. One question… I am surprised the Canes aren’t using the Gargoyles more as a training ground for prospects. Currently (Monday), they only have Ruslan rostered. The other goalie is an Edmonton prospect. No other players are listed as contracted to an NHL team. My question, are they free agents, able to be signed? And if so, what are the governing rules of any for amounts of signed prospects a team can have. Thank you and keep up the great work
Great stuff as always. Love the 16 Thoughts. One suggestion. I'd love to see ages attached to most/all of the players you write about. Helps give context. I don't always know if you're talking about a 21-year-old who may be playing his senior year in college or like Poirier, a freshman (as you noted).

Oops. I also meant to ask why it's farfetched to think Poirier may get signed if he's playing so well?
Me personally, I’d want to see another season of good production and development of more pro traits. But this year has got him much closer

Thanks!
Good point, I’ll try and work that in going forward
